Dr. Joe opened Overland Park Eye Center in 1994 with a mission to provide the Overland Park and Kansas City communities with the most advanced eye care from a qualified optometrist. His mission is to provide eye care that not only focuses on accurate prescriptions for patients with all types of vision, but also on medical care, advanced visual testing, and patient education.
